What we collect

When you book, we keep your name, email, phone number, party size and any notes about allergies or occasions. We use them only to look after your visit.

Who sees it

Your booking provider and our front-of-house team. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Write to hello@palazzo.restaurant to see or remove them sooner.

Newsletter

If you sign up, we send at most one letter a month about new menus and events. Every letter has an unsubscribe link.
