Name and logo
Change the wordmark in the Navigation and Footer components. Every page updates at once.

Colours
Edit the colour styles Ink, Ink 2, Bone, Dust, Brass and Line. Every page follows.

Photos
Swap photos on each page and in the CMS. Overhead dish photos work best for plates.

Menu
Courses, prices, pairings and allergens live in the Courses collection. The menu page and the Home list read from it.

Bookings
Pick Resy, Tock, OpenTable, SevenRooms or email in the Booking widget and paste your venue link.

Publish
Set the site title, description and social image in Settings, then publish to your domain.
Lazy Susan hero: best results
— Use 6 to 10 square photos shot from directly above, with the plate in the centre.
— Keep the same light and table colour in every photo so the turn feels like one table.
— Set Plate size so the rim just touches the edge of the circle. The component crops for you.
— Courses for the hero are set in its own Courses list. Wrap words in *stars* to set them in italic.
Fogged window: best results
— Pick a warm, busy interior photo; the fog is made from the same image.
— Keep the written word short: one or two words read best.
— Fog regrow time and brush size are properties; slower regrow feels calmer.
